- Ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery, furniture and equipment. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
- Manage various office projects.
- 5+ years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
- College degree.
- Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills coupled with can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Experience in remodeling office a plus.
