Innova Medical Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of COVID rapid antigen test kits and other medical devices. We’re looking for a bilingual Account Director to promote and sell Innova’s innovative COVID-19 testing solution to a wide range of customers in Latin America (south of Panama).

To be successful in this role, you should be able to: operate and thrive in un-precedented, fast-paced, constantly changing environments; sell concept along with product; ask good questions, take initiatives, collaborate and make good judgement and decisions instead of just executing orders; continually meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.


  • Sell the company’s COVID testing solution to customers
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of company’s COVID testing solution
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Prepare presentations for potential customers
  • Research competitor’s products and their respective market performances
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies


  • 10+ years of proven sales experience with good government contacts in the medical industry. Large account management experience. Leadership experience is a plus
  • Bi-lingual: English and Spanish. Portuguese is a bonus
